coloring inside the lines

on fridays, we go out to dinner.  normally nothing special, but just a chance to get out of the house.  tonight we went to johnny rockets.  our john loves going there.  tonight he was concentrating on his kids menu and coloring in the hamburger.  he colored the cheese in yellow, and decided the bun should be blue.  he kept asking for help coloring in the bun.  we told him we would help after he finished the bottom bun.  so he finished, and turns to kyle and says "ok daddy, i don't want to see any white." 

after the bun was finished coloring, he colored the pickle red.  then he started on the burger.  he decided it needed to be a little fancy. 

the finished product.  he was very proud.  and i think he did a very good job of staying in the lines.
