Gillian's hair

Every morning I fight with Gillian. She hates getting her hair brushed.  Well, that's a little dramatic, she doesn't hate it. She just doesn't like to stay still while I am brushing her hair. This morning I decided to do something different with her hair. It was something I saw on Pinterest and I thought it would look cute on Gillian. Before I could start on Gillian's hair, I needed to brush Donald Duck's hair (Gillian was planning on bringing Donald to school today).  Next I started on Gillian. I did the first two ponytails and then Gillian wanted to get up. I had to hold her still while I did the other two ponytails. The whole time Gillian was saying "I don't like it. Stop!"  Finally her hair was done. And she looked so cute. But she said "I don't like it. I gonna take it out."  Thankfully Daddy quickly distracted her and asked her to get her sneakers. By the time her sneakers were on, she had forgotten about taking out her hair. 

I was surprised to see that her hair was still in the ponytails after school. When we asked her if everyone liked her hair, she said "Everybody hate it!" Fabulous, she is three. She is going to be delightful in her teenage years.
