The Pool

I get emails updated from Monmouth County Park systems. At the beginning of the month, I received an email about the pool at Fort Monmouth Recreation Center. The pool is open to the public and for a nominal fee you can get a daily or monthly pass. Since the recreation center is five minutes from our house, I told Daddy that I wanted to check it out. We went the first weekend of August and bought a family pass for the month. The pool is a decent size and varies in depth from 3 feet to 10 feet. 

The kids fell in love (well we all did). The pool is clean and well maintained. Daddy and I loved that it wasn't packed with people. We have been back every weekend since that first trip.
