Beach bike ride

We took the kids and our bikes down to Manasquan Beach today. John did awesome. He pedaled down to Seawatch Beach and then down to Main Street and back. We did stop at Gee-Gee's so John could play a few games. He needed the break then because we were pedaling into the wind. After we got done in with the games we told John that our next stop was the playground. He immediately said "Do I have to ride? Can I walk?" He was so tired. But he got back in the bike and rode to the playground. When we stopped at Gee-Gee's we also moved Gillian's seat from my bike to Daddy's. While we were switching the seat, Gillian kept saying "Shoes off!" We took her shoes off and she went running to the sand. My little beach baby wanted to put her toes in the sand. We finally got to the playground and the kids had so much fun. It was a beautiful, fun day.
